Delivery Charges:

Local Delivery (within 20 miles): $50 flat fee

Extended Delivery (20-50 miles): $100 flat fee

Out-of-Town Delivery (50+ miles): $150 flat fee

Delivery Services Clause:

Equipment deliveries are available for rentals with a minimum total value of $125. This minimum threshold ensures that delivery costs are covered while providing added convenience to our customers. Please note that delivery fees may apply and will be calculated based on factors such as distance and logistics. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy

Equipment Pickup Fees:

Local Pickup (within 20 miles): Included in rental fee

Extended Pickup (20-50 miles): $50 flat fee

Out-of-Town Pickup (50+ miles): $100 flat fee

Discounts and Packages:

Multiple-Day Rental Discount: 10% off total rental cost for rentals exceeding three days

Bundle Package Discount: 15% off total rental cost for orders including both equipment and delivery/setup services

Damage Deposit:

Refundable damage deposit required for all rentals, ranging from $100 to $500 depending on the value of rented equipment

Cancellation Policy:

Partial refund (50%) for cancellations made 48-72 hours in advance

No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery/pickup

To better serve our customers and ensure efficient rental operations, we have implemented tightened pickup and delivery windows for all equipment rentals. Please take note of the following changes:

Advance Pickup/Delivery  Window: The advance pickup/delivery window for equipment rentals has been reduced to a maximum of 24 hours before the scheduled event or rental period begins. 

Strict Return Deadline: We have set a firm deadline for equipment return, requiring all items to be returned by the end of the rental period or a specific time on the day following the event. Please adhere to this deadline to avoid penalties or additional charges.  Failure to return equipment before or by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure timely return of the equipment to avoid any penalties or additional charges. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure the smooth operation of our rental service.

Limited Flexibility: Pickup and return options are now limited to predefined time slots for appointments. Customers are required to adhere to these designated time slots to prevent disruptions to our rental schedule and ensure fair and consistent rental practices.

Enforced Rental Agreement: Our rental agreement clearly outlines the terms and conditions regarding pickup, rental duration, and return. Please review the rental contract carefully, as penalties or additional charges may apply for early pickups, late returns, or unauthorized extensions.

Strict Monitoring: We closely monitor pickup and return activities to ensure compliance with the agreed-upon rental terms. Accurate records of pickup and return times are kept to track rental durations accurately and identify any instances of non-compliance.
